You got into IT to work with tech, only to find yourself supporting users instead. Users can be distracted, indecisive, even frustrating. While resources exist for people on the spicy ends of the neurodiversity spectrum (aka habañeuros), not so for helping a neurotypical admin to understand their neurodivergent users. Can an empathetic normie like you negotiate the challenges of interacting with a scurry of squirrels, and not go nuts? Did you know the collective noun for squirrels is "a scurry"?
