Learn how MDM vendors like Jamf and Addigy use these logs internally for anything from support cases to better understating OS features where documentation is not as detailed as it could be. We will cover use cases for macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS. Additionally we will cover best practices in submitting Apple Feedback to ensure full details and the right logging is included and useful to Apple.
